year of fun
{so, as many may know my 23rd birthday is quickly approaching…like in 5 days. seems like just yesterday Cassie and I were scurrying around Knoxville picking out decorations for @cassandmers21st. now, 2 years later, my life has made an almost 180, but I am just 9 short months away from packing it all up and moving on again, just like I was on my 21st birthday. this time, though, I have decided I am not going to let the fear of the unknown scare me. 23 is going to be my “year of fun”. not that I haven’t had fun in the past years. (believe me, I have probably had too much!) instead, 23 is dedicated to just enjoying myself. putting away the desire for the “american dream” (c’mon job, house, hubby, kids…) that seems to dictate thoughts so much, and have fun. trust the Lord. and start tackling those things on my 25x25 list. because, hey, if not now, when?}
